These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GaadiMate ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website gaadimate.com and related services (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

GaadiMate is a vehicle discovery and comparison platform focused on electric vehicles in India. We provide catalogue listings, comparisons, calculators (on-road price, EMI, total cost of ownership, resale, and others), an EV quiz, reviews, news, and a facility to submit purchase enquiries to dealers.

We are an information and discovery platform. We are not a dealer, manufacturer, lender, or insurer, and we do not sell vehicles or financial products directly.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable Indian law to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Some features require you to sign in using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number and device secure and for all activity that takes place under your session.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

Our calculators - including on-road price, EMI, total cost of ownership, savings, and resale value - produce estimates based on the inputs you provide and reference data such as tax rates, subsidies, fuel and electricity prices, and lender rates.

• Estimates are for informational and comparison purposes only and do not constitute a quote, offer, or financial advice.
• Actual prices, EMIs, subsidies, taxes, and savings depend on your location, the dealer, the lender, and prevailing rates, and may differ from our estimates.
• Verify all figures with the relevant dealer, lender, insurer, or authority before making a purchase decision.

Vehicle specifications, prices, images, features, and availability are provided for general information and may be sourced from manufacturers, dealers, and other third parties. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that this information is complete, current, or error-free. Manufacturers and dealers may change specifications and prices at any time.

When you submit a “Get Best Price” or similar enquiry, your details are shared with matching dealers so they can contact you. Any transaction, negotiation, pricing, financing, delivery, or dispute is solely between you and the dealer.

GaadiMate is not a party to and is not responsible for any dealer offer, representation, product, service, or transaction.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy content or data except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or spam enquiries, or misuse the OTP or enquiry features.
• Upload or transmit any malware or content that infringes the rights of others.

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to GaadiMate and is protected by intellectual property laws. Vehicle names, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. You may not use our content or trademarks without our prior written permission.

The Platform may contain links to dealer, manufacturer, lender, and other third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and policies.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GaadiMate and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates, listings, or third-party interactions, or from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GaadiMate from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
